Executive Administrative Assistant (Research)

Neural Analytics, a fast-paced, LA-based startup medical device company, is leading innovation for brain health assessment and is seeking an executive admin to expand our organization. We are looking for a highly motivated executive administrative assistant who will be responsible for both general executive administrative tasks as well as operational and project management activities. You will frequently find yourself in the center of everything that pertains to the Executive and his/her team. This position is extremely pivotal to the success of a well-run, efficient organization. The ability to adapt to constantly changing demands, take on new and unfamiliar tasks, and work collaboratively with other administrative professionals is critical. 

Neural Analytics, Inc. is addressing a global unmet need for immediate and non-invasive diagnosis of head trauma, specifically concussions.  The company was born in 2013 and has been cultivating its cutting-edge technology for the past 4 years.  Neural Analytics is an agile and energetic workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  You'll manage daily calendar, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes
  •  You'll organize domestic and international travel arrangements for the leader and/or team members 
  •  You'll facilitate headcount and expense reporting processes 
  • You'll organize and support staff meetings, teleconferences, global leadership off sites, and other events 
  • You'll support all facilities activities for the team
  • You'll support key team initiatives, playing a project management or analyst role. Key duties may include: support for team all-hands meetings, internal presentations, management of shared team information and resources on intranet/portals etc. 

 

Additional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4+ years of combined administrative support including experience supporting senior-level (VP and above) executives.
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office applications including outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Demonstrated experience managing and coordinating electronic meeting/calendar appointments and making domestic and international travel arrangements. 

Preferred experience: 
• 4 years’ experience providing administrative and meeting support in the medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
